You may have noticed a change in style for allaboutstalbans.com. After six years (an eternity in internet land) our new website went live last week. Get active for a good cause

Why not do something sporty for charity this summer? You can support Grove House Hospice through the Herts Cycle Challenge (6 July, Old Albanian Rugby Club, 25 or 50 mile routes) or the Midnight Walk (12 July, Westminster Lodge, 5 or 10 miles). Cancer Research's annual Race for Life returns to St Albans (27 July, Verulamium Park, 5 or 10km) and you can get in shape by joining parkrun every Saturday morning.
