After 10 years of being St Albans’ premier independent leisure and business website, we’re expanding our operations.
What we’re looking for
To help us with this expansion, we’re looking for a talented, hardworking person to take over the day-to-day running of allaboutstalbans.com for an initial period of one year.
You’ll be updating site content, news and a blog, managing social media and email newsletters, liaising with local businesses and community groups, and generating income through on-site advertising, business and event listings. You’ll also be contributing to the further development of the services and features of allaboutstalbans.
How it would work
In return for a nominal annual sum, we’ll give you initial training in how to use our systems and provide ongoing support and development. You’ll receive all revenue you generate from the site for the period in which you oversee it.
You’ll need your own computer with photo editing software and at least fifteen hours a week to work on promoting the site.
