3-4,6-8 April Hawthorne Theatre, Welwyn Kenneth Grahame's delightful children's classic is brought fabulously to life, in a pair of award-winning, modern adaptations, that delight with surprises, slapstick comedy and outrageous routines set to modern music, that will have the audience singing and clapping along! The colourful, much loved characters (Toad, Badger, Ratty and Mole) as never seen before...! Hearty audience interaction allows the younger viewers to be swept along with the stories and their elders to enjoy a laughter filled show.
4-5 April Redbourn Easter Art and Craft Show 2015, 10am-4pm (Sat), 11am-5pm (Sun). The event will include an Exhibition & Sale of Original Paintings, Craft Stalls, Craft Demonstrations and – NEW for this year, some Live Music Performances. Also – a Young Artists’ Competition for 11 – 18’s – 1st PRIZE £100! Subjects: Animals, My Favourite Place, or Fantasy Characters. Drawings / Paintings (up to A3 size) with name, age, address & tel. no. on reverse, should be submitted to the Recreation Centre, Dunstable Rd., by 30th March. The Show will also include a Children’s Colouring Competition, Raffle and Refreshments throughout the weekend.
8-12 April Alban Arena The world famous Russian Ice Stars will take you on a magical journey to the heart of the best-loved fairy-tale of all time, Snow White, on Ice. The original story of an enchanted mirror, a beautiful girl, the ultimate Prince Charming and a shiny red apple comes to life on ice, with ballet, gymnastics and aerial acrobatics to create a breath taking and mesmerising experience. 2pm/7.30pm

3-6 April  Wrest Park Adventurers wanted this Easter weekend! You'll meet characters from the past with stories of times gone by - maybe a king, a butler, a Roman centurion or even a monk. These honourable folk will be happy to help you on your quest as you explore Wrest Park and crack the clues. Rise to the challenge and win your chocolate reward. It's time to get hands-on with history. 11am-5pm.

6 April Bletchley Park Easter Eggstravaganza. Once again Bletchley Park will be providing fun for the whole family with our Easter Eggstravaganza in partnership with Milton Keynes Suzuki. The whole family can enjoy special activities including a range of craft and spy workshops for all ages, children's guided tours, trails and handling collections. Have fun whilst learning about the Home of the Codebreakers! 10:00 TO 16:00
6 April Roal Dahl Museum & Story Centre For 6+ years: from pups that pinch things to a princess who is full of pluck, Steven Lenton can draw them all beautifully! Come along and hear Steve as he tells the story of those robber dogs Shifty McGifty and Slippery Sam, and the dragon-hunting Princess Daisy, together with lots of drawing ... and laughter! £3 per person.

Bekonscot Model Village

The fabulous 80-year-old model village and railway is a great place to visit for all ages and the annual pass is excellent value. This year meet Professor Crump, enjoy an Easter hunt and face painting too. Open 10am-5pm. More.
