Yoga and exercise class for 2.5 to 10-year-olds. Classes include calming yoga postures designed to maintain children's
natural flexibility, improve balance and help develop focus and concentration.
Movements to energise children and address frustrations. Singing to assist with
memory development. Yoga techniques which relax a child's mind, enabling them
