Poor response time regarding all levels of communication, poor feedback, disorganised Club Manager. Joined another club. [Nov 10]

I apologise that I did not respond to your enquiry or had poor communications with you. Please be assured that this is not a general reflection of most people and their experience of our club. We are still a young club and as such are still developing and learning. We have had an unprecedented number of enquiries since September and sadly we have not been able to offer spaces to many of the people who have enquired. Mistakes happen and we are sorry that you felt the need to review our club in such a negative way so publicly. We were very sad to read the review as we are only a small non-profit community club who exist only to serve the people of St Albans and their children with gymnastics tuition. We hope your son or daughter enjoys their gymnastics tuition wherever
