Dance your legwarmers off!

As a regular of dance and aerobic classes, I was excited to hear about a company called Popdance who provide dance classes across St Albans. It's like no other class I've been to simply because the music's great and you do choreography steps to a song as opposed to the usual 'grapevine'! It's addictive, energetic and fun to learn a whole routine to a popular tune over a period of about 4 or 5 weeks. We're currently doing Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' with wiggles, grooves and attitude galore! I wasn't sure whether to write a review as I'd like to keep it as my secret! [Jan 11]
