About the awards

These awards are a great way to recognise, publicise and support local businesses in St Albans. The selection and judging process is:

• open public nomination of retailers in six categories
• nominated retailers are sent a window poster and tested by 'a team of mystery shoppers'
• awards committee* shortlists five retailers in each category
• winners chosen by awards committee
