Offers weekly classes which are Sivananda yoga based, lasting an hour and a half including final relaxation. They incorporate a wide variety of postures to help create a strong, flexible, balanced body. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and are held in a friendly, non-competitive environment.
