Past the point of revival
On a shopping trip to St Albans on Saturday we popped into Cafe Revive. What a disaster. Trays of dirty dishes were piled up in front of and behind he counter. After paying for a coffee and a bottle of cola I was still waiting in the queue for a cup 10 minutes later. It was comical. Cups and plates were being dropped. When they finally got a cup for my coffee I sat down my son was as fed up as me. It took ages to find a bottle opener for cola. Also, paying by credit card was insane. After giving them my card, myself and other customers were ordered to push between other customer in the queue to put our pin numbers into the machine. Saying all that the coffee was nice and very hot. [Sep 11]
