Busy Bees Day Nursery opened in 1998. It operates in nine rooms across three floors of a large converted Manor house and has 116 places for children from 3 months to 5 years. Each child has their own key worker and an individual development record. The curriculum follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and includes individual and group play, regular activities and trips to nearly Verulamium Park. An inspection by Ofsted in March 06 found the quality and standards of care and nursery education to be satisfactory.
