Townsend Bowls Club
Formed in 1919, this club shares its ground with Townsend Tennis Club. It caters for bowlers of all levels from friendly roll ups, mixed matches evenings and weekends, through to competitive district, county and national competitions. Members can enjoy clubhouse facilities which are also available for hire. Newcomers are welcome to try the game and receive coaching from the club.
