Formed in 1991 as member of the Traditional International Shotokan Karate Association, TISKA St Albans offers classes in Karate for all ages (3 yrs+) and abilities. Students participate in weekly training, association gradings, courses and competitions throughout the year. The club also organises a variety of social events for members, including demonstrations, association and club dinner dances and a summer barbecue.
