Highly recomended. Excellent Food. Excellent Service
I ate here on a Friday night. Was a real peaceful retreat in otherwise hectic St ALbans. Went for the sukiyaki set menu and the food was really tasty and elegantly served. Sukiyaki is cooked at the table which is really fun. Food was fresh, tasty and healthy. Service was professional and really charming. I will definitely be going back! i want to go to Japan now...[Sep 11]

Very traditional, family-run Japanese restaurant
Don't expect modern Japanese café culture here, this is one of the first Japanese restaurants to have opened in the UK, and is still turning out the same, high-quality food. Sharing mains cooked at your table are the best choice, but they do a range of individual dishes and a set lunch. If you like quiet restaurants with mum serving you and dad in the kitchen then this is the place for you. Friendly, welcoming and very courteous service. [Aug 11]
