Formed in 1892, this traditional brass band of amateur musicians enjoy a busy schedule of concerts (indoors and out), private functions and contests, and are now a London & Southern Counties 1st Section Band with a 10-piece and brass ensemble groups. The Band rehearses at St Albans Music School and welcomes new players who are at least Grade 5, or equivalent, standard (see website for current vacancies).
