Herts TKD comprises two schools: Sprit TKD (Andie Adolph – St Albans, Bricket Wood, Radlett and Watford) and Colney Heath TKD (Kim Anderson – Colney Heath). Spirit TKD offers weekly classes for children of different ages: Taekwon-Do Tots (5-6yrs) and Taekwon-Do for Children (7+yrs). The schools recommend TKD for developing children''s concentration, spatial awareness and coordination skills.
