Issues
A 2005 Mori poll found 64% of residents happy with the council and 91% satisfied with the area. The top five concerns were lack of affordable housing, the condition and maintenance of roads, traffic congestion – 31% favoured a park and ride scheme, on-street parking and anti-social behaviour.
